All data is encrypted — in transit with TLS/SSL and at rest on our secure servers. Offline data stored on your device is also encrypted and only syncs over a secure connection.
We host data on secure cloud servers with firewalls, 24/7 monitoring, and automatic backups to prevent data loss.
Each school can only access its own data. We use role-based permissions, so teachers, parents, accountants, and administrators only see what they are authorized to see.
All accounts are protected with secure password hashing. We enforce strong passwords and support account lockout to prevent unauthorized access.
Fee records are tracked in Ghana Cedis (₵). We do not store mobile money PINs, card numbers, or passwords. All payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers.
Our mobile apps work without internet, but your offline data remains protected on your device and syncs securely once you are back online.
Student information is treated as highly sensitive. We collect it only through schools with proper consent and use it strictly for school management purposes.
